Duties of the Executive Board
Coordination : The board is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and leading the school's activities.
Frequency : The Executive Board meets at least once a month.
Secretariat : The Secretariat of the board is managed by the Secretary General of the school.

They are responsible for managing the specific structures and departments placed under their authority.
Secretary General
Responsible for the administrative and financial management of the structures under their authority and technical services. In this capacity, they hold signing authority delegated by the Director.
Director of the Library
Director of the Library: Responsible for managing the library and its various services. They also hold signing authority delegated by the Director for library-related matters.
